1. Our Refund Commitment

Nuvarex Fylerix LLC offers a 14-day unconditional refund on all Bluemarkd subscription payments. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of a charge, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment.

We do not require justification, and there are no exceptions or qualifiers to this commitment. Simply contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will process your refund promptly.

2. How Billing Works

Bluemarkd subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the Merchant of Record on behalf of Nuvarex Fylerix LLC. Your invoice is issued by Paddle.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge:

We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle billing portal, accessible from the Billing section of your Bluemarkd dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before taking effect.
